Regular Jogging is the Key
If you are serious about reducing your weight you should stick to a jogging schedule and see that you follow it religiously. Yes running everyday works. If you are a beginner, try jogging only for 2 or 3 times a week (atleast 20 minutes) that’s enough. And then gradually increase this to 6 days a week. Remember the more you jog, the better results you will see happening in your body.

If you are not new to jogging, then prepare a jogging schedule for 6 days in a week (prefer morning). Again, what time you do the jogging is not important really as long as you get out there and jog. Its as simple as that.
